1. DRESS CODE While we realize that Bali is a tropical island and many of our guests are on holiday, we work hard to ensure that Chez Gado Gado hits the mark when it comes to style. With this in mind, we have a ‘smart casual’ dress code, and do encourage our guests to make an effort and dress up. No jackets required, we just ask that you refrain from wearing beachwear, alcohol-branded clothing, or for our male guests, casual singlets are not allowed. (If thongs are the only footwear you have then we’ll understand, but we would prefer you not to.)
2. RE SEATING ALLOCATIONS/REQUESTS We cannot promise specific table locations. If you have a special request for a particular table please let us know when making your initial booking, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. On occasion, we may have to prepare your table inside.
3. CONFIRMATIONS Due to limited space all bookings are reminded 24 hours prior to your booking when you reserve through our online reservation.
4. ARRIVAL TIME We will hold your reservation for twenty (20) minutes on the night, at which time we’ll release the table to other diners, in the event of a ‘no show’ or late arrival. If you are running late, please call us at (0361)736966 to let us know so that we can do our best to hold your table and to avoid the possibility of losing your booking.
5. CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS Please do let us know if you have any changes to your booking or need to cancel for any reason. You can amend your booking online or by calling us directly.
6. BYO Chez Gado Gado will impose corkage fees of IDR350k++ for each bottle of wine and IDR450k++ for each bottle of champagne.
7. SMOKING In fairness and comfort to all our guests we have a designated smoking area away from the dining space. Please refrain from smoking at the dining table(s) and cigars are not permitted anywhere.
8. SPECIAL DIETARY CONSIDERATIONS Chez Gado Gado offers dedicated vegetarian set menus for dinner and menu as well as vegetarian items for both lunch and dinner. Please ask upon being seated and our staff will happily provide them. If you have any specific allergies or food intolerances please let our staff know so that they can assist you with menu choices and inform the chefs.
9. CHILDREN Children are very welcome during the day for lunchtime family meals and a children's menu is readily available for 12yrs and under; for dinner service we ask guests with young children to be mindful and considerate of our other guests’ dining expreince.
10. GROUP BOOKINGS For reservations of more than 10 people, a set menu or limited a la carte menu is required and may be customized for a bespoke group experience. Special booking policies apply for larger bookings and our reservations team will explain them when discussing the details of your enquiry. Please inquire regarding group/function bookings.
